In addition, the meeting will also serve as a meeting point for the sector, which will share their concerns and new culinary techniques or new business models.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The program<\/strong><br \/>\nGastrof\u00f3rum will participate in the prestigious chefs and hospitality professionals and restoration of Galicia as Pepe Solla, Marcelo Tejedor, Hector Lopez, Javier Olleros, Caco, Luis Vieira or Chef Rivera, among others. There will be\u00a0discussion about our gastronomy and its products, fusion, tradition and new models of restoration will be held. In this context, wine Galician wines, spirits and liqueurs are made, as well as tastings of other local products such as cheese or oil.
