A tasting panel made up of members of Asociation of Sommeliers of Gallaecia<\/a> and technicians from the regulatory boards of designations of Galician origin were responsible for determining the 120 wines that have finally obtained the Gallaecia prize, awarded by the association of professionals total of 600 wines they presented to the contest.
