The sessions, open and free, include a technical conference given by staff of the Conseller\u00eda and a series of showcookings by different Galicians cooks like H\u00e9ctor L\u00f3pez, Flavio Morganti, Taky, Juan Crujeiras or Emma Pinal and that are directed to those professionals of the kitchen who want to increase their training on the products of the sea of \u200b\u200bour Community.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Crustaceans, preserves, molluscs, purchase of products &#8230; the sessions always include technical and practical training in the hands of these professionals of the stoves.
