This is established by the resolution of the Official Gazette of Galicia (DOG), which regulates and calls for these subsidies. The beneficiaries may be the owner&#8217;s associations, the groupings of owners&#8217; associations and natural persons who are sole owners of buildings or dwellings that are located within the area of the roads, in possession of the corresponding resolution of definitive qualification granted by the <a href=\"https:\/\/ari-igvs.xunta.gal\/es\/node\/120\" target=\"_blank\">Conseller\u00eda de Vivenda<\/a>.<br \/>\nThe works must be definitively completed and qualified before the deadline for submitting applications for grants (31 October).
