The program, organized in collaboration with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.orujodegalicia.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Regulatory Council of the Aguardientes y Licores Tradicionales de Galicia<\/a>, the Galician Tourism Cluster, the Conseller\u00eda de Medio Rural y Turismo de Galicia, combines tasting sessions and preparation of cocktails and dishes, by renowned oenologists, barmen and chefs, from Galician liquors and spirits. The demonstrations were held at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cshg.es\/index.php\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\">Centro Superior de Hosteler\u00eda de Galicia<\/a> in Santiago de Compostela, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iesvilamarin.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">IES Vilamar\u00edn<\/a> in Ourense and the <a href=\"http:\/\/cifppaseodaspontes.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">CIFP Paseo de las Pontes<\/a> in A Coru\u00f1a throughout five sessions, in morning and afternoon shifts for students and professionals, respectively.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The aim is, on the one hand, to highlight the importance of tasting certified and labeled spirit drinks in the tourism sector, so as to avoid the consumption of &#8220;disguised&#8221;products, not regulated, while highlighting the quality and versatility of this type of products in our cuisine and cocktails through the demonstration carried out by the barman of the Casino La Toja, \u00c1ngel Cami\u00f1a and \u00c1ngel Cami\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The head of Rural Environment, \u00c1ngeles V\u00e1zquez, participated in the first of the sessions, where she appealed for new professionals in the tourism sector and more specifically in the hotel and catering industry to always acquire products with all the certifications.
