Galician food products made in a traditional way may have the ‘Artesan\u00eda Alimentaria’ (Food Crafts) label, linked to ‘Galicia Calidade’. The conditions to qualify for this denomination are reflected in the law of the Xunta de Galicia that regulates food handicrafts. At the presentation ceremony, the Regional Minister for Rural Affairs, Jos\u00e9 Gonz\u00e1lez, was accompanied by the director of the Galician Food Quality Agency, Jos\u00e9 Luis Cabarcos, as well as by heads of various workshops that produce artisan products.<\/p>\n
