From 30 November to 2 December, the Catalan capital is holding a new edition of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibtmworld.com\/\">IBTM World<\/a>, an international trade fair that serves as a major meeting point for representatives of the conference, meetings and incentives industry. The activities will take place at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.firabarcelona.com\/\">Fira Barcelona<\/a> facilities, bringing together more than 15,000 professionals representing 3,000 destinations from 100 countries around the world. The Galician sector will also be represented there through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tourspain.es\/es-es\">Turespa\u00f1a<\/a> stand, which will host, among other proposals, those of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turismo.gal\/inicio\">Galicia Tourism<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/galiciamice.com\/\">Galicia MICE<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The organisers estimate that more than 77,000 business meetings will be held during the three days of IBTM World, enabling exhibitors and buyers to establish face-to-face connections. Business travel management companies, corporate organisations, destination management companies, event management companies, incentive agencies, independent meeting planners, international associations and societies, experience agencies, non-governmental organisations and professional conference organisers will be present.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The planned programme of activities includes an educational track &#8220;designed to provide tangible learning and innovative solutions for attendees in a post-pandemic world under the title New Business, New Technology, New World&#8221;. Within this section there will be sessions on four topical themes: trends and technology; gamification and engagement; the future of event planning; and professional and personal development.
