These data also improve the forecasts for these dates.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hotels in the city of <strong>A Coru\u00f1a<\/strong> recorded very positive data with an occupancy rate of 80 %, while the percentage of cancellations was minimal. The <strong>Costa da Morte<\/strong> also improved on the forecast occupancy figures (which were around 60 %) thanks to last-minute bookings, especially in rural tourism establishments, with houses that were sold out.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The occupancy rate in <strong>Santiago de Compostela<\/strong> was around 80 %, with most bookings concentrated in the historic centre of the Galician capital, an area where there were hardly any free rooms for the holidays.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>Ferrol<\/strong>, where Easter Week has been declared of International Tourist Interest, occupancy figures reached 90 % on Thursday and Friday, while during the weekend bookings were between 70 and 80 %.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The figures for the province of <strong>Lugo<\/strong> vary depending on the area consulted, although they are also encouraging, especially in the <strong>Mari\u00f1a<\/strong> Lucense, where the occupancy rate exceeded 75 %. The balance is very positive for the <strong>Ribeira Sacra<\/strong>, where occupancy was in line with expectations. In this area, 3 and 4 star hotels and rural tourism establishments were particularly successful, with occupancy figures of over 90 %.
