Sheila Mart\u00ednez from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/rootscoruna\/?locale=es_ES\">Roots<\/a> restaurant (A Coru\u00f1a) with &#8220;Gyoza de chocos en su tinta&#8221;; \u00c1lex M. Bacelo and Mar Lago from <a href=\"https:\/\/restaurantebacelo.com\/\">BaceLo<\/a> (Ferrol) with &#8220;bocado de aldea&#8221;; Beatriz Alcal\u00e1 from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/lazapateriadelabuelo\/\">La Zapater\u00eda del Abuelo<\/a> (Ourense) with &#8220;CANTA Casta\u00f1a&#8221;; Ana Vilar from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/LeriaCervexaria\/\">Cervexar\u00eda Leria<\/a> (Vigo) with &#8220;Xema na Fraga&#8221;; Rub\u00e9n Gonz\u00e1lez from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/elcafetindepontevedra\/?locale=es_ES\">El Cafet\u00edn<\/a>(Pontevedra) with &#8220;Vacalao Do cru ao cocinao&#8221;; \u00c1lvaro Villasante of <a href=\"https:\/\/paprica.es\/\">Paprica<\/a> (Lugo) with &#8220;Bonito, morr\u00f3n, cebola e paix\u00f3n&#8221; and \u00c1lvaro P\u00e9rez of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.artesanagastrobar.com\/\">ArteSana Gastrobar<\/a> (Santiago de Compostela) with &#8220;Queixo&#8221; were the seven finalists of the seventh Tapas por Galicia Showcooking Gala, in which Ces\u00e1reo Pardal was part of the professional jury in charge of tasting and evaluating each of these preparations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The prize of the jury of this hard-fought and delicious contest went to \u00c1lvaro Villasante, from Paprica, while the public chose the dish prepared by \u00c1lvaro P\u00e9rez, from ArteSana Gastrobar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A day later, on Wednesday 22, A Coru\u00f1a hosted an event organized to present the restaurants recommended in the latest edition of the <a href=\"https:\/\/guide.michelin.com\/es\/es\">Michelin Guide<\/a> with their identification plaques. 32 establishments from A Coru\u00f1a, 5 from Lugo, 1 from Ourense and 16 from Pontevedra were recognized during the gala sponsored by Royal Bliss, the range of premium mixers of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cocacolaep.com\/es\/\">Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Iberia<\/a>, and in which the president of the Cluster, Ces\u00e1reo Pardal, took the floor to claim the importance of the hospitality industry and the tourism sector in general.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The chef <a href=\"https:\/\/pepevieira.com\/\">Pepe Vieira<\/a>, who has just received his second Michelin star and who collaborates with the Cluster through initiatives such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/galiciadestinosostible.com\/\">Galicia Destino Sostible Product Club<\/a>, also participated in the event.
