Galicia was awarded six new Soles, raising the number of Galician restaurants with this recognition to 40: 25 with one Sol, 13 with two Soles, and 2 with three Soles (the highest level). Data that reflects the good health of Galician gastronomy, one of the most recognized nationally.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All four provinces are represented on the list. All the award-winning restaurants have great chefs at the helm and base their proposals on quality and local raw materials.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The new Galician additions to the Repsol Guide were: Eclectic and Terreno Cocina Casual (A Coru\u00f1a); O&#8217;frag\u00f3n (Fisterra), Balar\u00e9s (Ponteceso), Simpar (Santiago de Compostela) and Javier Montero (Ribadeo).
