Nearly 900 hotel businesses now offer benefits and discounts to people over 65 thanks to this initiative by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xunta.gal\/portada\">Xunta de Galicia<\/a> (Government of Galicia), which seeks to promote the well-being of this group while boosting economic activity, including tourism.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>During the event held on July 23 at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hotelsemaforodefisterra.com\/\">hotel O Sem\u00e1foro de Fisterra<\/a>, the Regional Minister of Social Policy and Equality, Fabiola Garc\u00eda, presented the establishment with the official distinction, which offers a 10% discount to card holders. The <a href=\"https:\/\/xn--hotelfarolario-2nb.com\/\">hotel Faro de Lari\u00f1o<\/a> (Carnota) and the <a href=\"https:\/\/hoteldobancoazul.com\/\">Banco Azul<\/a> (Fisterra) also joined this membership.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Vice President of the <a href=\"https:\/\/clusterturismogalicia.com\/cluster\/\">Cl\u00faster Turismo de Galicia<\/a>, Jes\u00fas Picallo, participated in the event, receiving the awards as the establishment&#8217;s manager and expressing his support for the program.
